Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

  • Greater Cairo: 24 to 48 hours (maximum).

  • Other Governorates: 48 to 72 hours.

  • Red Sea & South Sinai Governorates: Up to 5 days.

Note: Fridays, the dispatch day (pick-up day), and official holidays are not counted within the delivery time.

Shipping Partner: Orders are shipped through trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated and clearly shown to the customer during checkout before payment.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund / Exchange Period:

  • Customers may request a refund or exchange within 4 days from the date of receiving the order.

Refund Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (except in case of manufacturing defects).

Refund Process:

  • The product will be inspected once received.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
